What Focusplane does
One workspace. Every area of your life.
Most people manage work tasks in one app, personal to-dos in another, and side projects wherever they can. Focusplane brings everything into a single, calm view without flattening it into one giant list.
A better way to work
Stop juggling. Start organizing.
The scattered way
- Work tasks in one app, personal to-dos in another, side projects in a notes doc somewhere
- Starting each day by checking three different apps just to know what is due
- Personal tasks going overdue because work dominated the list you actually checked
- Context-switching overhead that eats the first 30 minutes of every morning
Focusplane
- All your spaces — Work, Personal, Side Projects — in one calm, organized place
- Open the app once each morning and see everything due today, grouped by context
- Personal and professional tasks get equal visibility — nothing falls through the gaps
- Add a task in seconds from anywhere — space, due date, and priority in one step
How it works
Designed for how you actually think
Good morning.
You have 5 tasks today.
See your whole day before the day begins
The Today dashboard pulls every task due today from every space and groups them by life area. Work tasks stay with work. Personal tasks stay personal. You see the full picture without anything getting buried.
A dedicated workspace for every area of your life
Each space is its own task board with status columns — Todo, In Progress, Done. Due dates sit inline with each task. A work project stays completely separate from a personal goal, so the context is always right.

Capture any task in seconds
A quick-add panel is always a keystroke away. Name the task, pick a space, set a due date, mark a priority. Done. The task routes to the right workspace automatically so your brain can move on.
Built for clarity
Your work and personal life deserve equal attention. Focusplane makes that possible without complexity.
Questions
What people usually ask
How is Focusplane different from a regular to-do app?
Most to-do apps give you one list — or force you into a project hierarchy that's overkill for daily life. Focusplane separates tasks by life area (Work, Personal, Side Projects) and then brings them together in a unified Today view. You get the organization of separate contexts without losing the overview.
Can I use it for both work and personal tasks?
That's exactly what it's designed for. Each space is independent, so your work tasks stay in a Work space and your personal tasks stay in Personal — but both show up in Today when they're due. One app, two (or more) lives.
What happens to my tasks if I add too many?
Focusplane surfaces only what's relevant today. Future tasks sit in their spaces until their due date arrives, then they appear in Today automatically. You're never looking at a 200-item list when you only need to act on five things.
Do I need to use it a certain way to see value?
No methodology required. Focusplane works whether you organize everything in advance or just capture tasks as they come. Create a space for each area of your life, drop tasks in, and set due dates on the ones that matter. That's it.
Is this for individuals or teams?
Focusplane is built for individual productivity — specifically for people juggling work and personal responsibilities in the same brain. It is not a team project tracker or a shared Kanban board.
One place for every task that matters
Stop managing tasks across five different apps. Focusplane keeps everything organized so you can spend your energy on doing, not tracking.
